Configurations are summarised by region rather than by customer name, and detail is shared with serious projects under the customer's agreement. The parameters that matter to a new project are the feedstock, the system and the product form.

What to compare when you look at a reference

  • Feedstock similarity — the same species of manure with a different housing system can mean a 20-point difference in moisture and a completely different reception design.
  • Climate — an open windrow plant in a dry climate is not a reference for a monsoon site; the covered or in-vessel version is.
  • Capacity and shift pattern — one shift at 5 t/h is a different plant from three shifts at 1.7 t/h in every section downstream of fermentation.
  • Automation level — the automation a reference plant uses should be matched to the maintenance capability of the new plant's team, not copied.
  • Product market — bagged retail, bulk agricultural and blending-partner supply each demand a different finishing section.

What delivered plants tell us about commissioning

Across delivered plants the same lesson repeats: the plants that reach design output fastest are those where the customer prepared the prerequisites — power, water, feedstock at design moisture, cured material for the line and a named operating team. Projects that delay commissioning are almost never delayed by machinery; they are delayed by civil works, power connection or feedstock that arrives wetter than the design basis assumed.

We publish that observation because it is actionable. A two-week preparation before the commissioning team arrives is worth more than any change to the equipment specification.

FAQ

Plant engineering questions

Can you send me a plant list with customer names?

Customer names and commercial details are confidential. We share configurations, design parameters and performance data, and arrange site visits for serious projects where the owner agrees.

Are photographs of plants available?

Yes, photographs and video of fermentation areas, processing buildings and bagging lines are available on request, and site visits can be arranged in several regions.

How do I know a reference plant is comparable to my project?

Compare five things: feedstock type and moisture, climate, capacity and shift pattern, automation level, and product market. If more than two differ materially, treat the reference as indicative rather than directly transferable.

Send us your design basis

Tell us the feedstock, the daily tonnage and the product you want to sell. The engineering team replies with the plant configuration, the equipment scope and the information we still need before layout drawings start.

  • Feedstock profile — type, moisture, contamination, seasonal peaks
  • Capacity — t/day fresh material or t/h finished fertilizer
  • Product — powder, granules, bagged retail, bulk compost
  • Site — available area, power supply, water, access road
