The documents that keep the plant on regime

  • Plant start-up and shutdown sequences, section by section, with the interlocks that must be satisfied.
  • Fermentation record sheet: bay or vessel number, feed date, moisture, temperature at three depths, turning or aeration action.
  • Daily production sheet: input tonnage, output tonnage, moisture at key points, downtime and cause.
  • Product quality sheet: size distribution, granule strength, bag weight check.
  • Maintenance schedule: daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks with the responsible person.
  • Spare parts list with the critical items identified and recommended stock levels.

What handover actually means

Handover is complete when the customer's team can run, adjust and maintain the plant without our engineers on site, and when the documents exist to support decisions made three months later — when a granule quality problem appears and nobody remembers what settings were used during commissioning.

For that reason we write the process values achieved during commissioning into the operating sheets: the moisture the dryer was set for, the granulator angle and speed, the recycle ratio, the bagging scale calibration. Those numbers are the plant's own baseline, and they are worth more than any general manual.

Plan the training and handover

Tell us the plant configuration and the size of your operating team; we return a training programme and the handover document list.

FAQ

Plant engineering questions

How many people should be trained?

Train everyone who will operate or maintain the plant, including the staff who will cover shifts and holidays, plus at least one person from management who understands the process regime. A plant usually needs six to twelve trained people at medium scale.

Is the training in English?

Training is delivered in English with technical interpretation where needed; drawings and record sheets are provided in English and can be translated into the customer's language on request.

What happens if our operators change after commissioning?

The SOPs and record sheets are the institutional memory. We offer a refresher visit or remote sessions for new staff, and the commissioning report documents the baseline settings the plant was proven at.

Do you provide operational support after handover?

Yes — remote troubleshooting for process and equipment questions, spare parts supply, and optional periodic site visits for audits or re-training.

Send us your design basis

Tell us the feedstock, the daily tonnage and the product you want to sell. The engineering team replies with the plant configuration, the equipment scope and the information we still need before layout drawings start.

  • Feedstock profile — type, moisture, contamination, seasonal peaks
  • Capacity — t/day fresh material or t/h finished fertilizer
  • Product — powder, granules, bagged retail, bulk compost
  • Site — available area, power supply, water, access road
