What to include in your enquiry
- Feedstock type and quantity — tonnes per day, with the peak month if it varies.
- Moisture of the material as received, measured if possible, or the housing and collection method.
- Target product — bulk compost, powder, granules, bagged retail — and the bag size you intend to sell.
- Site — available area, shape, power supply, water source and climate.
- Current situation — new project, expansion, or a plant that is under-performing, with any measurements you have.
- Photographs of the feedstock and the site are genuinely useful and often replace a page of description.

An engineer reviews the information, identifies the configuration the feedstock implies and lists any missing design basis items.

Follow-up questions
Usually about moisture, contamination, site area or power, because those four change the plant most.

Proposal with scope
When the design basis is complete, we issue the plant configuration, the equipment scope, the utility demand and the commercial offer.

Design work
On order, process design and drawings start, and the delivery schedule is fixed against the site programme.

Plant engineering questions
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one working day. Enquiries that include feedstock type, daily tonnage and target product get an engineering answer in the first reply; enquiries without them get a question list.
Can I speak to an engineer rather than a salesperson?
Yes — ask for an engineering call and we will arrange a time with the process designer working on your region. Technical questions about moisture, fermentation or granulation are answered by the engineering team.
Do you charge for plant design?
Preliminary configuration and mass balance discussion is free. Detailed process design, 3D drawings and documentation are part of the paid engineering scope once the project proceeds.
